The short version of our cancellation terms. The full Booking Terms and Policies govern.
- The $500 per guest deposit is non-refundable at all times, and is applied in full to your trip price.
- Cancel more than 90 days before the trip: full refund of amounts paid beyond the deposit.
- Cancel 60 to 89 days before: 50% refund of amounts paid beyond the deposit.
- Cancel fewer than 60 days before: no refund.
- You may transfer your place to another eligible guest up to 30 days before the trip for a $150 fee, with your balance paid in full.
- If we cancel the trip, including for minimum group size, you choose a full refund of everything paid or a credit toward a future trip.
- Comprehensive travel insurance is required for every guest.
